Show less • Feature Recognition (FR)library involves the analysis of 3D solid and surface geometry models to extract crucial design and manufacturing details. It extracts geometry data of the CAD model in the form of Boundary Representation (B-rep) format through CAD kernels/APIs like Parasolid, ACIS, SolidWorks, and CATIA. The FR library returns processed information such as holes, pockets, and cutouts for further processing in analysis (DFMPro) and CAM softwares (CAMWorks), thus assisting in their manufacturing intelligence.• Developed in C++, the FR library adheres to SOLID principles for legacy and new developments as required. Integration projects connecting the FR library to customer applications are done with either C++ or C# within a TDD framework.• Uses Agile based software development lifecycle. Show less
