      Roles at Deltek included • As PM successfully managed the Vision ERP rewrite to Microsoft .NET technology, a 2 year $10 million dollar project with a 100+ team, 210,000+ labor hours over 17 million lines of code written.• QA Manager for a twelve person distributed team (Herndon and Philippines) responsible for product development, integration, regression and installation testing and well as beta support of web based products. • QA responsibilities included Release Management, the tracking and testing of various third party, technology platform upgrades as well as beta program management.• Acted as Project Manager as well as QA Manager for the 25+ team working on the Timesheet rewrite to a new J2EE framework as well as new Employee Expense and Employee Self Service (ESS) products.• Also worked as QA Manager and Project Coordinator for on-going 18 month enhancement releases costing up to $1 million dollars and smaller 3 to 6 month service packs to the Time, Expense and ESS products.• Helped plan and coordinate projects related the Costpoint ERP and integration products.• As QA Manager drove the creation of the first procedure manual for the Time and Expense Quality Assurance team/processes.• Through Project Coordination efforts helped introduce project management to software development and drove the set up the first generation PMO and the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC).
