Responsibilities: Proband recruitment, informing and care of probands, sustained adherence of 60% was reached over mean of 5 years; support on dietary courses and guidelines, supervision on data collection, evaluation and statistical analysis: MS office, SPSS, Graph Pad Prism, Image J. The scientific questions were addressed on (1) the long-term development of metabolic parameters, (2) the dependency of parameter development on body weight course (3) as well as the identification of yet unknown predictive factors for metabolic diseases.
