      I launched and now lead a Coordinating Center for a Network involving over eight institutions with more than 100 members. I established all the administrative, operational, and logistical infrastructure to support network activities and enhance cross-project communication and coordination. I operationalize center strategy and I hired and manage 4 project managers, and I lead the Communications and Dissemination Core for the Center.• I created the Center infrastructure and workgroup mechanisms for the research network• I lead all aspects of organizational and project management for the Coordinating Center including start-up, hiring, implementation, tracking and budget management.• I hired staff, and developed and manageme the Center activities.• I manage five project managers working across four core areas to deliver the aims of the project.• I created communications strategy, website, podcast series and videos.• To date, I have organized three annual in-person meetings with a combined attendance of over 180 people.
