  Duties and Responsisbilities•Experienced in DCS system (ABB Bailey) operation and maintenance (Hardware and Software), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries-Diasys UP/V for Gas and Steam Turbine Control System.•Perform preventive, corrective and diagnostic maintenance on the process control systems and control loops. • Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on all equipment on site, as well as during machine scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns. o Turbine/Combustor/Major Inspection of Gas Turbineso Interlock Testing of Gas and Steam Turbines Control Systemso Combustion tuning of MHI M501G Type Gas Turbines during commissioning and start-ups.•Perform modification of control circuits and/or control loops as per the plant change requests and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes. •Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of Water Treatment Plant control systems, analyzers and local instruments.•Assist other sections such as electrical, mechanical and workshop in the repair and troubleshooting of their instrument and electronic related systems and test equipment. •Provide supervision to service contractors in preventive and routine maintenance of HRSG, BOP, GT, & ST equipments in accordance with policy, safety and procedures.•Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and test various types of process control instruments and relay logic, which include pneumatic, electrical and electronic instruments. •Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures. •Prepare Internal Approval, Purchase Requisition, and conduct technical review or evaluation on all submitted proposals by the supplier to make sure that all products and services will suite to our requirement with low cost.•Input data into the MAXIMO & ERP SAP maintenance system, such as work order activities, materials and spares, failure reports and manpower statistics. Show less Duties and Responsibilities•Coordinate with other concerned departments regarding pending work items status/ condition for their initial work plans.•Review plans and maintenance group schedule prior to start of scheduled GT & ST overhauling activities for Major Inspection, Turbine Inspection and Combustor Inspection.• Check and update the status of all maintenance group activities to ensure that all works are accomplish with respect to scheduled maintenance work plan.•Update all related system P&ID’s plant drawings to reflect the actual changes. •Provide technical reports when needed by my superiors.• Coordinate and place orders to contractors to ensure enough supply of hydrogen and CO2 gas in the plant. •Attend and perform plant auxiliaries equipment test run when needed.•Secure and gather operations plant data trends/ parameters necessary for troubleshooting and analysis. Show less Duties and Responsibilities•Walk down, monitor and records operating parameters under his responsibility in appropriate log sheets.•Provide hot/cold work permits necessary for lock-out and tag-out procedures prior to start of maintenance work.•Provide supervision of maintenance personnel and contractors in their routine and preventive maintenance of electrical equipments in the plant in accordance to policy, safety and procedures.•Monitors, update, and report to superiors for the ongoing and accomplished electrical maintenance activity before the end of shifting work hours.•Perform local synchronization of Plant Major Generators to Power Grid when needed.• Operates high voltage electrical equipment, such as Vacuum Contactor Breaker (VCB), Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) and Gas Circuit Breaker (GCB).•Responds immediately to process upset conditions, applies quick fix, analyze root causes and determines the most appropriate corrective measure.•Ensure continuous and reliable supply of power to plant essential and auxiliary loads.•Initiates preventive and predictive maintenance as needed.
