  Managed the Windows International Sustained Engineering test and release team; ensuring that all required project and personnel commitments were successfully delivered. The team consisted of 15 members based onsite, plus 2 offsite vendor teams.Defined and drove test strategies employed in the testing of products by the group. Projects worked on include Vista SP1, Windows XP SP2c, Windows Server 2003 SP2 and various quick fix programs. Ensured that the appropriate test scoping, test planning, project scheduling and test execution requirements were met by the team.Developed and successfully implemented endgame release plans at Beta, Release Candidate and RTM milestones. Coordinated the test signoffs and the release of the 34 international versions of the Vista SP1 project, to the required release channels (e.g. Retail, OEM, MSDN, and TAP).Assisted and mentored reports in their career development and prudently managed the group’s budget. Managed beta programs and the localization of 6 languages on the Windows Millennium project.   The major features of this project manager role are the scheduling and coordination of instructional design phases, development cycles and quality assurance passes, for courses being created by the MindLeaders production team. I work on projects from across the E-learning portfolios to ensure that the courses get successfully delivered to customers on schedule, within budget and with the highest quality. Informing and managing stakeholder expectations and requirements are other important aspects of this role. My responsibilities also include driving the implementation of process improvements across the production team, managing “proof of concept” projects, and working closely with other production team managers on resource scheduling and people management objectives.
