      Comparative Public Health Systems

      During the summer months of 2022, I participated in a dual-city study abroad program that focused on a comparative analysis of different national health systems. In London, I had the opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals and researchers and evaluate global trends and agendas in public health. In Amsterdam, our class discussed the health effects of drugs and alcohol, euthanasia, and home birth as they relate to the Dutch health system.
