      Success Story for 2024While continuing the intitative launched in 2023, in 2024, we elevated learning & operational excellence by completing a Nationwide Train-the-Trainer Program, certifying all Café Managers to mentor and support new Brew Crew in their learning journey. We digitized the Total Quality Experience (TQE) audit process by implementing Safety Culture, and streamlining assessments for field trainers. Playing a key role in the MyCBTL Mobile App launch, I contributed to project meetings, training design, content development, and nationwide execution to drive digital transformation. Additionally, we have revived our Barista Competition, identifying and promoting top-tier barista talent, fostering professional growth, and positioning Malaysian expertise on the global stage.Success story for 2023In 2023, we transformed the learning experience by introducing an annual learning catalog with a structured management system for training resources, checklists, and trackers, leading to 5,798 attendees, a 9.3/10 evaluation score, and 38,881 total training hours. We spearheaded leadership and technical training with in-house and external expertise, certifying 218 attendees across 2,583 training hours. Optimizing training efficiency, we zoned field trainers and enhanced Total Quality Experience (TQE) assessments, improving scores from 87% to 90% in six months—eliminating poor grades and regulatory fines. I also digitized learning with E-Quizzes & Sip & Taste sessions, reducing costs and boosting sustainability. Additionally, we leveraged HRDF claims, securing RMXXX,XXX to optimize training budgets while ensuring all 18 national trainers (15 L&D, 3 Mid leaders) obtained HRDC credentials to uphold high training standards.
