  At the time of my service, TUAS was the largest university of applied sciences in Finland with some 800 staff members.As acting manager, I was the Head of Regional Development unit. The role of the unit was to promote and coordinate co-operation between the university and the stakeholders. Our goal was to improve the strategic focus of the co-operation, and to find out new ways of supporting local businesses.
