  Eames Consulting is a contingent recruitment business with international reach, specialising at the mid-to-senior level of the insurance, financial services, and technology markets.Focused on middle-office finance recruitment within the financial services industry. In my time at Eames, I developed my knowledge of the financial world – an area previously entirely unfamiliar to me. I have also become familiar and comfortable with a high-intensity work environment, developing strong disciplinary, time management, and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities include:- Establishing and culturing long-term relationships with prospective and already-known candidates.- Identifying target hiring companies and strategically securing new business.- Consulting with clients to improve their understanding of the market, enhancing our capacity to help with their hiring needs.- Updating the CRM database consistently to ensure records are up to date for my colleagues and myself.- Placing adverts on job boards and the company website.- Maintaining an awareness of the market through various forms of media.- Getting all correct information and documentation from candidates in a timely manner.- Over time, picking up responsibilities to the point of running multiple interview processes from front to back.- Building a network of relevant contacts on LinkedIn and maintaining engagement with regular posts.Key achievements include:- Winner of Associate Consultant competition despite having less experience than all other participants.- First deal after only seven weeks, quicker than the expected timeframe for new entry-level consultants.- Highest recorded score company-wide on interview process test (Thomas GIA).
