      -Execute NPI builds to the plan-Prototyping, Developing and Qualifying New Product to High-Volume-Manufacturing-Responsible for 100% SSD NPI Qualification Success Rate Achievement-Masteries NPI Project management, failure analysis & investigation skill-Responsible for smoothen NPI executions to deliver samples on-time-Develop improvement strategy to reduce costs and improve efficiency of NPI engineering team.Achievements:-Minimized quality events, achieved scrap cost reduction by introducing Automated Recipe vs BOM Checker. (Developed with UiPath, Python and Excel)-Significantly improve engineering productivity (>56 engineering hrs saved per week) and minimize potential manual execution errors by introducing Automated MES BOM Creation. (Integrated with Snowflake, UiPath)-Designed Continuous full/incremental data ingestion ETL pipelines, integrated with Snowflake.-Built Tableau Live Dashboard to visualize Product Yield Trend, Reject Pareto, Work-In-Progress Trend and AOI Machine Inspection Charts.-Smoothen Engineer Investigation Workflow by script automating JIRA issue creation for every drive rejected with details populated, connected to Machine Data for 1st-level story-telling of the issue.
