  Prior to joining the Genmounts team, James spent 4 years at the New Jersey Department of Transportation working as a Civil Engineer with a focus on the Structural Evaluation of the state’s bridges. He performed engineering load & design calculations, conducted structural inspections and completed appropriate reporting, designed repair schemes and procedures for structurally deficient bridges and managed consultant groups contracted with the state for bridge inspection.

  James Strizki is the lead Project Manager for Genmounts where his responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks including: project estimating & pricing, performing Wind Calculations and reporting, CADD design for comprehensive solar array layouts, vendor management to maximize production to meet both quality and efficiency goals, and providing technical expertise to sales & marketing departments. While James’ main responsibilities involve his technical expertise, he is also heavily involved in the financial success of Genmounts. James manages the accounts payable/receivable department, performs quarterly profit & loss analysis and acts as the liaison to the certified public account. Show less
