      1987 – 1994During the above-mentioned period, I have had some spare time capacity and I became involved in the second-hand motor trade. I started with Chris’s Cheapy Den and build-up the enterprise to four different business units namely : Denco Motors, Chris’s Cheapy Den, Machina Motors and Denyschen and Weppener Motors, of which the latter two was partnerships.During 1992 I sold my interest in the latter three enterprises to my then in partner, as he had decided to go and explore the motor trade opportunities in the then economically booming Richards Bay.Denco Motors became later dormant, due to my growing responsibilities as a Project Manager and my additional commitments to the professions activities and to become a PMP Certified Project Manager.
