    I have built strong teams and individuals that create results even in difficult and challenging situations, including in extreme growth, by delegating, involving and motivating. With more than 20 years of leadership experience at Gina Tricot, I have a strong, honest and profound believe in people. I trust my leadership style and strength to inspiring people to set clear goals, implementing strategies in a business-driven environment, and reach intended result. What I am most proud of in all my years at Gina Tricot, while experiencing all the different stages of building a company with extreme growth, developing in challenging times and remaking with new strategies, is the journey from zero to more than two billion SEK. It has given me invaluable experiences, helping me in attracting the right people and create the right conditions for individual growth and satisfaction. I also took on the challenge and succeeded during my tenure at Gina in creating the best Horse Showjumping event ever in Sweden.
