Major project involved Technology Transfer to plant for scale up and commercialization in Asia Pacific Region. Successfully commercialized 5 different specialty additives/chemcials during Ashland India Pvt Ltd work. Management Representative (MR) for OHSAS & EMS implementation and surveillance. Experienced in recruitment & bheaviour analysis process. A strong network in specialty chemcials industries across India & South Asian Countries.
