I posses nearly 7 years of experience in the areas of communication consultancy and digital/social media marketing. This includes verticals spanning across FMCG, telecom, corporate, technology, non-profits and publishing. I currently work at Flipkart where I am responsible for planing, managing and executing all digital, social media campaigns. Prior to this worked as a Strategist & Community Manager at Ogilvy & Mather. Hence, can spearhead campaigns from its conceptualisation to execution. Some of the key brands that I have managed are : Vodafone, Ford, ITC, Fortune, Twitter, Mahindra, HP & Microsoft. This apart I have been involved in thought leadership initiatives, social media workshops and new business acquisitions. In the past, I have also worked on integrated campaigns and hence can visualise campaigns from a 360 degree perspective. You will find me some times working at my desk & some times armchair travelling through my travel blog called 'Chai Around The World'. My favorite quote was, is and always will be, “Let’s go."

This period has given me the time to re-think my own life choices, study and generally become aware about harnessing communities that live closest to nature.I started a project called 'Under the Fan' which is my search for an idea of an ‘ideal family’ - a family made up of animals, trees, insects, humans, each playing their part in this madness of living as a family on this planet, day after day, till the end of time - as I travel and make my way into people’s homes that live such different lives from each other. They are a universe in itself and each parallel to the other; a universe that is filled with stories I wish I had belonged to at different times. My stories are fictional and non-fictional representations of memory, displacement, and loss. I am re-imagining growth using mixed-media formats and subtle but revealing humor. I seek organisations I feel are also trying to re-imagine a better world.I recently helped TechSlate, an ed-tech company in data science and management consulting, to conceptualise & create its brand philosophy and identity based on a Japanese school of thought called the Enso - the circle of everyday growth, learning, and change & extensions from concepts like Biomimicry. Interestingly, a digital agency reached out to me to further their thought leadership with articles based on how brands need to re-configure their efforts, keeping in mind how consumers are changing the way they think, live, and consume. I also contribute long-format content to NGOs working in the space of capacity building, social enterprise, and paediatric cancer. Last year I also had the opportunity to work with Turil India, a brand that promises to provide healthier and safer, environment-friendly product choices for household use without harming the rivers and the earth. This was after I returned to India last year after an assignment in Cambodia to help build storytelling formats for a local NGO working in healthcare, food, sanitation, and education. In my last assignment, I freelanced with Odd Joint Productions for designing proposals to aid fundraising for a PC-based game based on conservation. Show less
