  - Conduct performance reviews for artists with input from Supervisors and Production, ensuring they receive clear and regular performance feedback, including positive recognition and addressing areas for improvement and development.- Schedule artists within and across shows, and plan transfers across studios globally to achieve optimal cross-project allocation.- Ensure timely contract management and keep artists informed about forecasted needs.- Work closely with Recruitment to ensure appropriate position briefs, updated vacancies, and priorities. Conduct interviews with hiring managers, collect feedback, and communicate action items.- Oversee onboarding and offboarding of artists, and implement the buddy program.Specialized work with Workday: -Workday Trainer: appointed to train a team of over 270 employees, following my completion of an intensive "Train the Trainer" program. Leveraging this specialized training, I effectively guided our team through the complexities of Workday’s modules, ensuring proficient use of functionalities such as reporting, analytics, and configuration settings.- Scheduler: Initiate job requisition requests, change organizational assignments for a worker (company, cost center), hire and terminate contingent workers, edit position details, and perform onboarding setup.Workforce Planner: additional access to all parts of job requisition and the ability to see/request changes in the company or cost center of an employee. Manage all movements between shows.- Performance Management Partner: Launch talent reviews, add and edit external goals for employees, enter manager evaluations for performance reviews, and collaborate with managers and supervisors to organize and fulfill annual evaluations for employees.- Absence Partner: Monitor and analyze trends in employee absences.
