I work with a variety of client needs including depression, anxiety, trauma, self esteem, relational and interpersonal issues, grief, and stress management. My therapeutic approach stems from a psychodynamic lens. I use an integrative approach and pull from different approaches (i.e. attachment, mindfulness, emotion-focused, trauma-informed) to meet clients’ needs and goals.
