      As a Business Development Manager, I was responsible for supporting account managers in the West Coast for pre-sales support of UC Cloud solutions from Cisco, Microsoft, and Google; Cloud Contact Center from Cisco and BT (UCCE and NGCC). My focus was to propose HCS, Lync (Skype for Business), Jabber and other BT products such as, Global MPLS Services, Global SIP services, Conferencing and partner services.
