      1-In this Role I trace all revenue source data and compiled report for management every week2- Create reports on collections through cash, Bank Deposits, Cheque payment, and merchant payment on daily basis for finance manager3 - Liase with sponsor and corporate clients regarding students course fee payment discussion and provide acquittals with acknowledgement letters every year after payment recieved.4 - oversee revenue team with their performance n create KRA for each staff according to the fields finding their strengths and supervising finance staff.5- Run induction explaining the functions of IBS finance to students of the Institute enrolled6- Liase with all team leaders of the company to perform on high standards as per company policy and regulatories.7 - Control enrollment status n distribution of batches for each course.8 - create fee plan and discuss to management the importance of fee planning.9 - Meet with all Managers n chairman of the Board to discuss the issues of the Institute and come up with focus and plans to execute on the new level.10- Create Revenue target focus for new year and provide actual revenue in the end of the year.11 - Create strategies in Revenue maximization and look at solutions on cost cutting12 - oversee 3 campuses revenue report ( Port MORESBY, Mount Eriama and Irelya IBS - Wabag).13 - Do research and analysis of the 3 campuses functions and report to management on the performance of overall in source of revenue and other areas that needs improvement.14 - finalise graduation report for each student each year before certification.
