  My Task:o Used to do maintenance for these equipment:1- Pumps ( Ensival, KSB, Ruhrpumpen, Flowserve, Sundyne, Sulzer, Leistritz, Plenty, Brain+ Lubbe,Milton roy )2- Fans(Moore, Hudson)3- Gearboxes(Amirallo, Rossi)4- Sootblowers (Clyde Bergemann)Ordering Spare parts for these equipment ,Planning for scheduled maintenance with minimize the cost of maintenanceReport any failure caused to the equipmentAssisting the maintenance manager in preparing the P.M plan for the mechanical equipment.Design and selection of the modifications needed for any Rotating equipment.Review engineering drawings, equipment data sheets, vendor selection, bid packages and project documents for new/revamped machinery and confirm adherence to specifications/standards.Follow/expedite fabrication of equipment and perform shop visits and witness performance tests as required.Maintaining many types of pumps‟ Mechanical seals (Burgmann, Jone Crane, flow serve and others).
