As part of this team, Jonathon arranged and completed over 60 transactions.During the GFC Jonathon specialised in distressed assets on behalf of receivers and financial institutions, which included repositioning assets and arranging completion partners.As one of the prominent property agents working exclusively with development sites, Jonathon obtained a wide network of contacts for both identifying and disposing of development site assets.
