Oregon Institute for Leadership Development (OILD)

A selected group of women come together to gain insight on work styles, to consider community college issues, and to reflect on professional ethics, personal value systems, gender dynamics and leadership. Participants have an opportunity to hear from women who are in community college leadership roles, college presidents, deans, faculty, support staff, who come to share their stories of personal and professional growth. Activities and Societies: Injury Rehabilitation; Scoliosis and Spinal Fusions Classical instruction in the Pilates Method in the Eve Gentry tradition. Fully trained in the Matwork and all equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, High and Low Barrels, Ped-O-Pull, as well as Magic Circles and foam rollers.
