Regional Manager with four direct reports and over eighty employees under my org chart. Oversight for three warehouse, four stockrooms, roughly 90,000 unique aircraft parts and around $100 million in inventory. Responsible for all material and logistical support of our maintenance operations from Utah to Hawaii. Servant leader with a focus on team building, mentoring, continuous improvement and strategy. In addition to regional management duties, multiple projects impacting our entire organization are supported by this position. Head of our department's Continues Improvement Team, liaison between our supply chain and inventory teams, sponsor of our technology enhancement programs and support of our inter-departmental communications programs. I am the direct contact/manager for our department's support of our most profitable MRO contract and am the project manager for our leadership development programs. I have championed new initiatives such as quarterly regional leadership development and engagement meetings, standardization of our regional support and oversight structure and well as the development of new metrics to measure labor demands throughout our organization. Success in this role was heavily dependent on my strong communication, change management, cortical analysis and ability to get "buy-in" from not only my team, but other peers and leaders within and outside of my organization.
