In addition, I covered the customer service desk during breaks or call outs by processing customer returns, managing till amounts, staffing, and handling customer complaints.       I manage my own book of business by providing my customers with exceptional service as their one point of contact. I cold call to get new customers, warm call to ensure service satisfaction with existing customers, solve any issues, ensure return customers, and work daily with Route Managers, District Managers, Operations Specialists, Dispatch, and Drivers to ensure quality customer service and teamwork. I handled call coaching, questions, disciplinary actions when the supervisor was out, and training on new processes. Another function of this job was being in charge of all call center stats. I would watch each call queue, move representatives as needed, schedule breaks, time off, training time, and anything that affected a representative not being available on the phone. I would present all positive and negative queue stats directly to the call center manager on a weekly basis. I processed all representatives bonus incentives by going through each line item to ensure accuracy before payout.
