      Leading and workind with a team of six personal tutors I was responsible for the creation of a level 2 tutorial programme and monitoring the pastoral and overall academic progress of level 2 and level 3 students, especially students at risk of non progression. As Careers coordinator I developed the careers education programme delivered as part of the tutorial programme. I advised students applying to university and apprenticeships and organised and delivered presentations at our annual higher education evening for parents and students. Show less
