  Leading and workind with a team of six personal tutors I was responsible for the creation of a level 2 tutorial programme and monitoring the pastoral and overall academic progress of level 2 and level 3 students, especially students at risk of non progression. As Careers coordinator I developed the careers education programme delivered as part of the tutorial programme. I advised students applying to university and apprenticeships and organised and delivered presentations at our annual higher education evening for parents and students. Show less

  Delivering on-line, hybrid and in person workshops for students including topics such as, building a skills portfolio, resilience, career choice and the online application process. I work with academic colleagues to embed employability workshops into their curriculum and deliver tailored content for physics, law and social sciences. I also deliver individual IAG to a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
