  On a day to day basis I work with hirers and drivers for different company taking there accident reports and passing this information over to the insurance company and the owner of the vehicles. I have traning in Claims defence meaning that I am able to defend a claim if the Third party comany is disputing that we are at fault for an accident. I have trained members of staff that have come to the company and help existing members of staff. I am a call centre handler, dealing with hirers and drivers of different company's and passing this information over to the insurance and the companies that own the vehicles. Also dealing with Third parties that aren't at fault for the incident helping them with the repairs. I also helped in the defending of claims for companies.
