  • Liquidity management – monitoring short term liquidity, maintaining bank relationships, and balance short term FX requirements, including execution of FX trades.• Treasury Management System – “Super-user” responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of the system.• Cash flow Forecasting – producing 5 quarter rolling liquidity forecast including projection of compliance ratios. Author the Treasury section of the regular Management Reports and supply the Treasury financial updates for board meetings. Input into the longer-term strategic model with liquidity and financing assumptions • Monitor FX and interest rate risks for compliance to Treasury Policy. This includes preparing and presenting material for a regular internal Investment Committee. Carry out any hedging activities.• Responsible for producing all Treasury accounting entries through the TMS and for monthly monitoring and follow up of all Financial Items including a monthly Analysis report.• Responsible for hedge documentation under IFRS, including designation and effectiveness testing. Point of the contact for external auditors for all Treasury transactions. • Draft the notes for the Annual report related to Debt and Financial instruments. I am also the contact point to provide the back up for the external auditors. • Produce compliance documentation under various financing arrangements.• Have had a high level of involvement in financing transactions in US Term Loan and Bond markets and syndicated bank facilities.Key achievements/projects• Managed the selection, and implementation of the current Treasury Management System. There was no system prior to this, and the implementation was completed on a very tight time schedule.• Have devised and implemented an Indirect cash flow forecasting format which is the basis for input into the regular Management report.
