      Research Made in St Abbs currently falls under two broad themes, each with several clusters. The ‘Marine Stressors’ research theme is composed of projects dealing with ‘Climate Change’, ‘Anthropogenic Noise/Vibration’, ‘Electromagnetic Fields’ and ‘Microplastics, Chemical and Microbial Pollution’. The ‘Sustainable Management’ research theme consists of projects on ‘Marine Protected Areas’, ‘Habitat Restoration’, ‘Tourism’ and ‘Sustainable Inshore Shellfish Fisheries’.My research roles have included all ascepts of research grant writing, planning, analysis, publication, assistance, and talks. I manage the stations social media accounts. My administrative roles have included account preparations, odering supplies and equipment, overseeing upgrades, volunteer and staff recruitment, and teaching and supervising volunteers. Show less
