  My responsibilities for this job is supporting OBS users worldwide to fix the applications bugs and issues via Database ( SQL ) and handling the rules and policies for these applications for any corruption or failure. I was responsible for providing technical assistance for questions and problems, responding to queries via skype, email, or phone, remotely accessing skype hardware or software for users to make changes and fix problems and training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems. I was also a shift lead to assist in supervising agents and mentoring new comers and training them on support tools and how to solve problems
