  I managed both the onsite servers, network (LAN and WAN), as well as the outsourced contractors we had SLA agreements with. Operations included Durban (+- 220 staff), Johannesburg (+- 60 staff), Cape Town (+- 5 staff), Australia (+- 4 staff ), China (+- 6 staff).I managed all IT operations, including telephony, biometrics, CCTV and the automation systems (Lighting and aircon auto control). Servers were all virtualized using VMWare as the hyper-visor and run on HP hardware.
