Interior renovations included new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms; new plumbing and electrical fixture package per unit; new carpeting and LVP flooring; new interior door hardware; full unit paint with 3 colors and 2 finishes. Project also included roof replacement on all 198 buildings in 13 different neighborhoods.Sheraton Towers, High Point, NCFull interior and exterior renovation of a 10 story mid rise apartment building. Renovations included new electrical and plumbing fixture packages; new HVAC systems for each apartment as well as a new central system for the common areas; asbestos abatement in the 13 utility shafts; full unit paint with 3 colors and 2 finishes; installed a new sprinkler and updated fire alarm system; new carpet and vinyl flooring; new carpet flooring in all hallways; modified the the main lobby and added a new Black Star granite counter top at the reception area; replaced over 300 unit windows; repaired the existing roofing and repaired/cleaned the brick exterior.
