  Managed the development of a skills assessment process for two-thirds of the LCAS job descriptions. Assessments were jointly completed by managers and employees, and the results were used to develop a 2 year LCAS training plan for those jobs assessed.Shared results and process of assessing the results with several business units within Commercial Markets.Developed a Training Opportunities Matrix for use by managers and field employees to identify training opportunities at the various levels of skill proficiency. Worked with the Specialty Technical Directors to update the Technical Proficiency Guidelines for each technical discipline so they matched the identified skills in the success profiles. Focused on clients' understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each group, as well as educating the Instructional Designers on the skills and traits of an effective internal consultant.
