Ensured performance of 3 mental health managers covering 22 counties and indirectly supervised 75 personnel, including 15 sales staff. Accountable for referral volume and optimal payer mix through development and management of community partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, mental health providers, Diversion Court, United Way, and Area Agency on Aging.
