  In my senior role at RSN, I independently managed work streams for customer acquisition and retention of RSN’s sustainability due diligence startup, YESS: Yarn Ethically and Sustainably Sourced. As a key team member of this flagship initiative, I engaged in thought-leadership discussions with leadership, presenting research and analysis to gauge market readiness, assess sustainability trends, increase competitive insights, and solve problems.
