Working with instructors and climbing staff to develop coaching skills and teaching a wide range of climbing class including outdoor climbing facilitation.

  Working with a team to provide excellent outdoor experiences to youth who can't easily access such trips. I worked to establish diverse back-country meals, scout new routes for our organization, functioned as lead mountaineering guide for many trips for both youth and adults.
