  As Director of Operations for Icenhower Coaching & Consulting, I have spearheaded the development of 36 training series and 11 books (one published by Wiley), each targeted towards a critical element of the real estate business. At ICC, we believe that people are individuals and deserve to learn in the way that best suits their needs. With that in mind, we are currently transitioning the content in each learning series, developed by industry-leading experts, into easily digestible books, audiobooks, and online video courses.On a mission to turn real estate teams into high-performers and to ensure our content can be consumed effortlessly, I worked to launch an ICC Platform, social media channels, and regular podcasts. With user experience in mind, I lead the initiative to redesign our website and online training systems. As the Operations Guru here at ICC, I endeavor to build relationships with industry partners and regularly coordinate guest speaking engagements. Additionally, I’m excited to announce that I've successfully launched two conferences with over 800 agents in attendance.Under my watch, we reached 500 coaching clients, and to ensure they were adequately cared for; I hand-selected industry leaders to increase our coaching staff by 500%. To hedge against rising client costs, I automated processes that increased efficiency by 80%. I’m proud of my work at ICC and look forward to many new initiatives to enhance client success.   Program Director, Coaching and Consulting

  As the Program Director with a career dedicated to building consulting programs that change people's lives, Anissa seeks to empower trainers with the tools to move the needle for businesses regardless of size and industry. In 2023 Anissa joined Serhant Ventures to manage program strategy and development, including looking for ways to deliver the best client experience and convert leads to long-time valued clients and advocates who have seen growth firsthand due to our consulting services. In addition, Anissa manages consultant and coach staffing and performance to benchmark quality standards and deliver resources, tools, and training to enhance the training experience. As the program sees rapid growth, Anissa looks to innovate and enhance the offering so clients can see further success. As improvements are implemented, her team communicates program structure, content, testimonials, and results to our sales and marketing team; ensures alignment in messaging across the funnel from marketing to program delivery. Anissa started her career in real estate agent training and aimed to build an individual coaching program that's custom, scalable, and ranges across industries. Show less
