Manager (HR), Zonal HR Head for Regional Office / Zonal Office Kolkata for 3 years, whereby I was responsible for managing various parts of employee cycle across 11 Regions under Kolkata Zone, including manpower planning & positioning, transfers, promotions, employee welfare functions etc. As the HR Administrator of the Zone, have been responsible for administering and monitoring of the Performance Management System, including role setting, preparing job descriptions, initiating performance planning, conducting mid-year review and appraisal. I have been responsible for facilitating introduction of HR transformations via a well cut Performance Management System as a nominated change agent. Also, as a member of the Industrial Relations Cell of Zonal Office, Kolkata, I was associated with maintaining harmonious Industrial Relations, as well as managing various Disciplinary matters.
