Diesel orders are made every day to maintain the stability of operational fuel stock files. If there is a delay in fuel delivery by the supplier, the stock file should be able to temporarily back up fuel requirements during operations. Because the company that owns PT. BSS is given a monthly target that must be achieved, so if the fuel is delivered late it will greatly affect the daily, weekly and monthly achievement targets given by the owner company. This will cause the company owner's trust in PT BSS to decrease, and have a big impact on other sectors, apart from fuel, weather factors, unit maintenance and unit damage, are obstacles that cannot be avoided. In this case, I am fully responsible for ordering HSD (High Speed ​​Diesel) to the supplier and taking into account that the stock file will be sufficient if the worst possibility occurs, namely delays in fuel delivery. This delay could be influenced by long queues at fuel filling depots, it could also be due to unexpected obstacles during delivery such as damage to supplier units.
