  Operation Kuyasheshwa – in Zulu meaning To Speed Up – the decrease of waiting times which I was a regular contributor – I provided information to better the current programme and thus decreased their waiting times from 90 minutes to 15 minutes. The medication is prepacked before-hand and labelled accordingly. Copies of the repeat prescriptions are kept in the pharmacy and these are used to prepack medication.
