Research topics included youth and transferable skills, peace-building, governance, HIV prevention and treatment, implementation science, and internal replication.From 2010 to 2012 also headed 3ie’s evaluation office, which at the time was responsible for ensuring the quality of all impact evaluations funded by 3ie.
