I collaborate closely with corporate and operational senior managers to develop and implement the Trust's operational plan and organisational strategy. I provide senior-level project management support for defined projects, ensuring alignment with the Trust's overall goals and addressing any emerging needs. As part of an Integrated Care System (ICS), I actively support senior leaders in their engagement with system partners, facilitating their connection to ICS planning and transformation processes.I provide strategic guidance and leadership for the DCHS Project Management Office (PMO) to support leads within operational and corporate teams, overseeing the development, completion, and delivery of all PMO requirements, including quality assurance and equality impact assessments. To ensure transparency and accountability, I regularly prepare reports for the Board, Quality committees, and Trust Management Executives. I work closely with teams to monitor performance against operational planning actions, promptly identifying and escalating any potential issues or risks to program delivery. My role encompasses initiating and implementing defined projects that advance the Trust's objectives. A notable example was my leadership and coordination of the Trust's approach to Surge Ward capacity during the pandemic.Currently, I am influencing the implementation of the refreshed DCHS Organisational Strategy. I employed co-design principles with colleagues to guide this process, fostering engagement from within the organisation and with wider stakeholders. Show less As a Team Lead Physiotherapist, I was responsible for the operational management of four physiotherapy departments. I had 15 direct reports who I led and managed across sites. During the pandemic I successfully supported my team to work from home to maintain patient care. This required me to communicate effectively to keep the team connected. Whilst managing my team I also held a clinical caseload as an autonomous practitioner within Musculoskeletal Outpatients.Within this role I had the opportunity to plan and oversee service improvement workstreams spanning across the County. My main programme of work was to enable the rapid implementation of remote consultations. I coordinated individual teams to review staff and patient feedback, a process for remote consultations, the capability of video consultations and the capability of telephone consultations. I supported each group to provide a driver diagram, stakeholder map, action plan and PDSA cycle. It was my responsibility to influence the senior leadership team to adopt necessary processes.During implementation, I was invited to present to NHS England and Improvement to share our learning and outcomes.
