As Area Line Supervisor managed 60 lines staff who maintained the distribution system in Alliston & Orangeville. Major initiatives included: review and update of procedures related to managing construction projects including the increased use of technology to gain efficiencies; review of maintenance and inspection practices of the assets including update of asset information to ensure the assets are most effectively maintained and replaced; focus on reliability and asset condition combined with continued improvement in capital budgeting process to ensure excellence in asset stewardship that can be well defended.
