  Building and programming test rigs for defense systems (Artillery radars)At this time the custom built computers for the defense systems required quite low level testing down to bit level on pins of the bespoke circuits and boards that were built in this factory. To speed up that work a large number of test instruments were put in racks and controlled by a computer. It was this programming that I did.It also required learning to handle advanced oscilloscopes and how to read large printed circuit diagrams and signal diagram. It was interesting since it was also quite pivotal times for this type of defence systems. Show less

  Developed a sales/order system for music record sales to record stores during university studies.The owners of Border Music (at the time a store chain selling vinyls and CDs) had acquired a distribution business that also included a standalone business system with text terminals. It had the basic business system in it, but lacked an easy interface for the sellers to pick up products on screen and place orders directly while in a phone call with customers.This is what I developed together with a friend.The business system had a bespoke built in Pascal compiler that allowed for a kinde of object oriented programming. I managed to turn the project around and deliver the project in time and with required functionality ahead of the Ford separation.This project was my first experience with Agile development.
