Over the time that she has volunteered with us she has proven herself to be capable as a horse handler, groomer and tack changer. She has also helped in lessons as a side walker, helping the rider to perform the exercises as the instructor requests. The High Horses program offers children and adults with physical and emotional disabilities the opportunity to ride. Caroline possesses a cheerful, calming, positive approach to the riders we serve as well as the horses used in the program. She demonstrated a great a capacity for patience, flexibility and adaptability. She has shown an ability to deal with tight class schedules and can be efficient and keep calm in situations that require quick focus change. Her dependability and willingness to help has been proven many times over. Caroline is an organized young woman who has played an important role in making our summer and fall sessions run smoothly.
