  ESB Networks – SAP EAM (Integrated Work Management Implementation- IWM)This project concerned the implementation of an Enterprise Asset Management System to aid budgeting, planning and approval of capital expenditure on assets at the electricity utility ESB. The Project gave ESB the ability to report more accurately on their capital expenditure and view project status at a more granular level.Served as a Business and Data analyst and on the Data Conversion team. Jody Joined the project at the end of the Design Phase and at that point acted as the Design Liaison for the Conversion team. His responsibilities involved conversion routine design as well communicating with the Functional teams to bottom out design Issues for the other team members progressing the build. Through the follow on Phases Jody's responsibilities included:• Conversion routine specification and design • Communicating with the Functional teams to bottom out design • Driving business data cleanse• Running and coordinating conversion routines• Cutover planning and execution Show less ESB – All Island Market (AIM) ProgrammeThe All Island Market Program (AIM) at the ESB concerned the introduction of new and adaption of existing systems to process data and communicate with the market operator subject to the new market rules. The programme was very much integration focussed with sub projects set up in each of the ESB business unitsJody worked on the project in the Power Generation business unit within the ESB. Jody served as a functional/systems analyst and implementer. Also progressed to be Functional team lead and sub project manager. Was involved again from Design through to Post Go Live support and subsequent releases. Jodys Responsibilities on AIM included :• Defining the requirements and documenting the Level 1 to 3 business processes • Legacy system analysis and required application design, enhancement• Interface design and specification• Worked across various teams and coordinate the Interface and application build and test• Regular status reporting to ESBPost Go live was responsible for managing the Generation Management (GM) functional team. Responsibilities included project planning, release management and work organization and close out within the GM Team. These responsibilities ran in parallel management of application design and deployment for subsequent releases as well as CR and Defect resolution.   Bord Gáis Networks – Maximo WAM/FM (Work and Asset Management/)Bord Gáis Networks build and maintain the Irish gas network. The largest project within their Networks Transformation Programme (NTP) was the implementation of the best of breed enterprise asset management solution Maximo. The Maximo implementation would enable BG to create and asset register, plan and manage work on these assets and monitor planed and actual expenditure on capital projects.Jody joined the project early in the Analysis phase and was assigned the role of Data Lead for the remainder of the Project. Throughout the analyse, design, test, cutover and post go live phases Jody was solely responsible from an Accenture perspective for the delivery of the data piece of the solution.
