      Customer Support Team and First Line Technical Support

      I was responsible for providing first point of contact via telephone, offering hardware and software support to around 30 business functions such as Hermes and Kingfisher. All reported incidents logged and an initial dignosis undertaken. Where possible the incident resolved, otherwise detailed information taken for handover to second level incident support. After 4 months, I was promoted to Customer Support Team, monitoring the inboxes and running several reports.
