  I studied the variation in hydraulic traits of a common Fynbos species (Protea repens) with changes in climate and atmospheric carbon dioxide over time and space. In this quantitative study I did numerous field experiments using an Infra-red gas analyzer (IRGA), Chlorophyll fluorescence, destructive sampling of plants, common garden and environmental gradient sampling, microscopic measurements of xylem traits and statistical analyses in R.

  ECOCERT is an inspection and certification body established in France in 1991 by agronomists aware of the need to develop environmentally friendly agriculture and of the importance of offering some form of recognition to those committed to this method of production.From its creation, ECOCERT is specialized in the certification of organic agricultural products.As an ECOCERT auditor I conduct on-site inspections and draw up audit reports for any producer or processor who wish to export organic products. To provide traceability to all stakeholders in the value chain, our audits involve, for example, the entire production system: inputs, production, processing, manufacturing, packaging, labelling, storage, distribution and import. Annual monitoring inspections are carried out, some of which are spot checks, and samples may be taken for laboratory analysis. Show less
