  As Leasing Department director I was responsible for all sales operations of the company: creation relationship with different vendors and suppliers from the local and international market. Moreover, the sales plan of the company, its preparation and realization were among my responsibilities.Our department was responsible for analysis of the financial situation of a potential client and portfolio management. As a Board Member, I took part in the decision-making process of the company. One of my duty as the board member was the head of credit committee of the company. My team provided necessary underwriting acts to assess clients current and historical situations. After the analysis, we prepared memorandum report about the respectable client for the credit committee. We also provided after leasing monitoring of the current clients. My responsibilities were controlling divisions work and preliminary analysis of prepared reports. I prepared special report memorandum about clients information and presented it to the credit committee for decision making. I usually took part in the credit committee to defend my project.
