  I had the delight of working to support and develop the leadership population within British Gas residential energy.Through the facilitation of learning experiences we explored what it meant to be an authentic leader. Show less I loved leading a team of L&D Partners that supported the learning & development of the British Gas Smart Energy Experts and their management teams. Smart Energy Experts provided an exceptional customer experience and beneficial energy advice to customers as well as installing their gas and electricity meters safely. My role was varied and fast paced. It covered hugely diverse subject matter and populations, I was privileged to work as part of a management team that helped to shape the L&D strategy for BGSM and influence the L&D offering across British Gas.
